Every job starts with a 1-hour commitment so it's worth the trip for both of us.

Billed in 30-minute increments
After the 1-hour minimum, time is tracked in half-hour blocks — no rounding up.

One flat fee covers the drive out. No mileage surprises.

Standard tools included
I bring everyday hand and power tools for most jobs. No extra charge for normal tool use.

Materials & rentals billed separately
Paint, mulch, dump fees, and rented equipment are passed through at cost with a receipt. No markup.
Trip, equipment & dump policy
One flat trip fee covers my drive to you and any local supply or dump runs during the job. No mileage surprises. Standard tools are included; big-ticket rentals and dump fees are passed through at cost.

Sample job
A 1.5-hour garage cleanout with a dump-run: $50 × 1.5 = $75 + $10 trip fee = $85, plus disposal fees at cost.
